- AMAdina MorseAug 23, 20242.0I scheduled an appointment and showed up on time. They didn’t have a record of my appointment and said “oh our computer cancels or loses appointments sometimes.” WTH? To their credit they worked me in. HOWEVER, the place is stuck in the past in so many ways, from their sexist attitudes to their dated decor. Lawrence needs a less depressing and much more current and educated medical supply company.

She was also very wrong about my insurance requirement that I rent a chair for 10 months first when I need a permanent chair. I would not recommend based on that experience.
