    Called to ask about pricing for a cpap mask. I prefer to buy local even if the cost is a little higher. The cost was about $200 and would require a prescription. In shock at the price, I mentioned to the person on the phone that it was 4x the price they can be purchased online, they got snooty with me and basically said we dont want your business.

    Staff is very rude. They constantly "lose" faxes and seem eager to tell customers no. Impatient and purposely unkind, I don't understand how they stay in business

    Criticare is one of the most helpful businesses I have found. The entire staff is polite respectful and very very helpful whether you have an injury or you have a sleep apnea problem or anything else you would need. Why go anywhere else for things like walkers wheelchairs canes support of any kind for wrists ankles Etc. If you need anything and this classification this is where you want to be. JC

    Came into town from Toledo, Oh was putting my cpap machine together and was having a slight problem. Went to Criticare Home Health Services and explained my problem and in 1 minute it was solved. Thanks for your help. Very friendly and helpful clientele. I can't say enough. Also answered a few other concerns we had. Thanks again.
