Have been placed back on hold over 5 times so far and no one has give a reason or has said a word the other times I've just been placed back on hold. What horrible service and phone service. At least give the person an option to call back, give a reason for the delay or apologize at the very least. Been going here for years, have never experienced such horrible service from them
