- BSBarry Jensen SrSep 4, 20255.0Chelsea is wonderful at everything!!!! The Lady up front was very nice also. We had been going to Miracle Ear for years and had so many issues with them. My mom is 95 now and I paid over 3,500 for good hearing aids. Then about 2 years after I was working and she went to get hearing aid cleaned and they PLAINLY SCREWED HER. They talked her into trading those hearing aids in for some used hearing aids. And the bad part is is they wouldn't do anything about it they wouldn't give her back her old hearing aids that were better than the ones that they made her pay extra for I even talked to the district manager and he was the biggest joke in the world. I am so glad we found American hearing I really didn't think I could trust anybody in this field. But I am so glad that Casy Adkins Referred me to American hearing. If you never need anything insurance or Medicare or Medicaid questions she is also wonderful.
