- DMDarrell MarksFeb 22, 20231.0I have never in all of my years of taking medication. Had so much problem trying to make a pharmacy understand which insurance they should be using. I had a young lady sit and argue with me and try to tell me that I didn't know how pharmacy billing worked when I probably been taking prescription medicine longer than she's been walking the face of the earth. I don't want to have to argue with somebody. I just want them to build the insurance that I asked them to bill. It's that simple. Just say yes. We'll do it this way and that's all let it takes when the customer ask you to bill a certain insurance. Bill it don't argue just do it
