  Was speaking to someone about a medication, put me on hold then came back and answered. I then stated I needed to transfer a prescription and the individual started talking to another individual about it, then shortly after I was put on hold. Waited and it started to ring again. Customer service picked up and I said I had been talking to someone in pharmacy when I was put on hold. I was transferred back again where it went through the same process and redirected back to customer service. At this point I did ask for a manager as I realized that the individuals in pharmacy put me on hold and left for lunch. How rude and inconsiderate can you be to put someone on hold, knowing they would sit there and wait. Instead of having the common sense and decency to just let me know they were leaving or to even just take my info to call back when they return. Instead I sat on hold waiting for a response. Also, I did not call right at the time they have posted to be gone everyday for lunch. Left info with manager and was assured I would be called back once the pharmacy staff came back. Call never came.

  The provider online asked me to provide the fax number of the pharmacy where the prescription will be send. Most pharmacies will give you their fax number but this pharmacy will not provide the fax number to patients. I wish I could give a 0 start review.
