    The provider online asked me to provide the fax number of the pharmacy where the prescription will be send. Most pharmacies will give you their fax number but this pharmacy will not provide the fax number to patients. I wish I could give a 0 start review.

    This is the first negative review I have ever posted. If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd choose that. We have used CVS pharmacy since moving here, but earlier this week my husband mistakenly told the pediatrician we use Dillons. Seemed too much of a hassle to change after the fact, so I thought we will use Dillons this time. No big deal. Well, it was a big deal. The Dillons pharmacy called me and the man on the phone was so horribly rude. I explained I didn't have the insurance info on me because I gave the card to my husband that day and asked if I should have my husband call back with that info. He then got a condescending tone and was treating me like I was an idiot. It was completely unwarranted. After that I had the pediatrician call the Rx into CVS instead. CVS even told us about a manufacturer coupon that ended up saving us around $130. I doubt the angry, rude Dillons pharmacy employee would have told me about that.
