The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
Place is the biggest joke ever can't do less than 1 start because that's what it is. Every time you make an appointment online it shows that it is scheduled and you get a confirmation code that works at the kiosk at the clinic. Then they tell you you don't have an appointment after you've waited for 45 minutes past your appointment time. Supposed to be a quick convenient alternative to going to the Dr but is just a joke.

To start, I’m 51 years old. I went in for sickness and not feeling well (fever had spiked to 104° as well). Also, both ears were significantly clogged and painful; I feared infection. My lungs were gross and I have a very rattling productive cough. I was told to just take some Claritin-D to unclog my ears, rest, and stay hydrated, and I’d be better in a couple days. Confirmed it wasn’t flu, RSV, or Covid and told “it’s just an unknown virus going around. Good luck!”
That seemed weird (and the Claritin-D was intolerable to me), so I went to my family doctor’s assistant two days later and was diagnosed with pneumonia (confirmed with Xray), double ear infection, and likely strep throat, which we didn’t test for because the antibiotics I was getting would knock it out anyway. Walked away with a Z-Pak, another antibiotic, prednisone, and an inhaler.
I tell the second part because there are signs up all over the little clinic literally talking about not giving antibiotics. Newsflash: sometimes some people need antibiotics. It’s as if they’re not allowed to.
But they *were* super concerned with me needing to get vaccinated. Never mind this fall, I was vaccinated for Covid, flu, and took a series of shingles vaccines. Can I get some antibiotics though?
If I was well and just need a physical paperwork filled out, I’d go back. But otherwise, nope. Never again.
Oh, and the assistant at check-in acted like I was very much an inconvenience although there was no one else in the office at all patient-wise and I had made an appointment. And even though I told her that both ears were clogged, and I couldn’t hear anything, she refused to speak up. So frustrating.

Mixed feelings. I love the doctor. But the nurse who also was running the desk. Was awful. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her, and just overall rude and unpleasant.
I recommend The Little Clinic to my boyfriend. And today he scheduled an appointment for a blood pressure test. That same nurse called him, saying that he should just go to the ER, and told him not to come in.
I don’t know what is going on, but this nurse needs to not work here. She is going to drive away so many loyal customers.

The website says they take walk in care patients until 5pm. My daughter got turned away at 445pm. Update this on your website so others do not waste their time.
