  my husband and i got there (first time ever). i wanted to tan, i didn’t see any staff. My husband went to ask a trainer how to get started in the tanning room and the trainer knew absolutely nothing and kept talking about nonsense that wasent even remotely relevant to his question. We walked around for a bit checking out the place and he went and asked again. The receptionist didn’t acknowledge him at all, nose glued to her phone. The trainer came up to him and was very snarky saying “it’s ready for you, just walk into any room and press start”. So we did. I got done tanning, walked out with my husband (i needed help with my back lol), and i walked into the massage room. A random lady came knocking on the door being VERY disrespectful. My husband and I tried explaining to her that it was our first time and that we didn’t know what we were doing except that the trainer told us that if we already signed in at the desk (scanning our cards) that we could just walk in and use anything. The lady then proceeded to raise her voice and say “I was standing at the desk the entire time and i didn’t see you anywhere” she was in fact not at the reception desk at all. It was all just a bad experience. Horrible customer service, beautiful equipment though. So i guess thats something. Save to say that my husband and I will NOT be returning to the Hutchinson location again.

  I wanted to love it here, and I tried to. But after being harassed by multiple male patrons while I’m just trying to work out and then the staff doing nothing about it, I’m done. I reported both men to the front desk and all I was met with was “If he does it again, we will kick him out.” Shouldn’t someone be kicked out immediately for breaking the law? These patrons TOUCHED by body without my consent while I was working out. They came up to me, started a “conversation” and reached out and touched my body while talking to me. I’m no longer comfortable working out here; I’m always on edge when I’m there. I get stared at by male patrons as well every time I’m there, and I’ve seen some take out their phones around me, possibly recording me. The staff just sits around on their phones and are otherwise no where to be found. At this point the patrons themselves need to be supervised by someone, paired with actionable consequences contingent on inappropriate behavior. I will be reporting this to corporate!

  As I visit family in Hutchinson frequently, I purchased a one-year membership online so I could workout when in town. Monday, June 30 was to be my first visit, and I arrived at about 7:00 on that rainy morning. Despite the posted hours (on the door and website) claiming an opening time of 5:00 a.m., the doors were locked and no one was present. A few other members arrived around the same time and made the same frustrating discovery.
