- BFBraden FichterFeb 26, 20265.0Commenting as a trained exercise physiologist, it’s probably the most equipped simply and smartly built functional/strength gym I’ve been to in the United States.. like actually. Lifetimes and equinoxes don’t even hold a candle to it. It has literally everything, a motivating space and no unnecessary fufu. It’s here to get you in shape not fluff your pillows for you. Nothing is perfect, could use a bit more cardio equipment.
