  I called & made my appointment ahead earlier that day, but when I got there & the lady at the front desk showed me to the little room where she checked my vitals & all good. But when the doctor comes in I tell her that my head & ear were throbbing with pressure off & on now for a few days. I also mentioned that I get bad sinus headaches 😩 & my face & ear hurt so terribly that it feels like its being squeezed in a vice. So she preceded to tell me it's just allergies & I can get nose spray OTC flo nase & I said YES I've seen it but id rather you just prescribe it in prescription because that's why I pay for my insurance to use it. No way was she even listening to me at all, because she just continues to say the exact same thing over & over 😒 refusing to help or even listen while I'm in pain. Also suggesting I just get Claritin Otc allergies medicine & I mentioned i already did this & no relief. I can clearly see this place was a big WASTE OF TIME & money because I also show her my prescription of flow naise from my purse showing her it's empty if she could just call in a refill for that at least & by then she doesn't even answer just goes about ignoring me & deliberately dismissing everything I'm saying to her. So I just left & ws a in & out in less than 10 minutes. 😳 One the worst experiences of a doctor's appointment I've ever had & I will never go back there again. She had no empathy for her patients what so ever & it showed too.

  Ruth Rothlyn at The Little Clinic did an excellent job at The Little Clinic in Derby Kansas. Very attentive and professional. Front desk check in was also extremely friendly as well. I would recommend this clinic for anyone who needs urgent care!

  After being exposed to Covid I made an appointment online for a Covid test. Making the appointment online went smoothly although checking in for the appointment (I was 10 minutes early) was horrible because the lady at the sign in booth didn’t know how to process Tricare Prime/Tricare West Region using my military ID with benefits number and was somewhat rude, so I canceled my appointment and went somewhere else. I have never had an issue using my retired-active-duty-military-spouse ID at any other medical facility or with any other person. I wasn’t feeling well, am hard of hearing, and had difficulty communicating through a required face mask, all while having to deal with a rude, argumentative person. There were several men who were wanting to check in as walk-ins while I was trying to check in for a prescheduled appointment. She told me she was going to check them in and that I would have to wait because she had to figure out how to file my insurance. She should have taken care of me as I was there first with a prescheduled appointment. Not good… bad business.

  Very convenient. Very fast. Able to do my groceries as well. But if you have the flu you have to wait 15 days to get antibiotics. Did get diagnosis to have flu which takes 2 weeks to run its course without medication per Kim the practitioner. Although able to get eczema medication filled and the pharmacy in Dillons is 10 foot-steps away which takes couple minutes to get my medication purchased.
