  The lady at the front desk is absolutely the most hateful woman we've ever encountered. She's the one with the long gray hair. Just went in to drop off a heart monitor was yelled at as I first walked in saying I cut in line.... there was a man standing way back in a corner by the door and I guess he was in line??? Then she yelled at me aggressively to spell my dad's 1st name! No reason for her to be so rude, you are the 1st person we come in contact with why are you such a miserable person? You need to find a more caring and pleasant person to be at your front desk!! If my dr wasn't there I'd change offices immediately just so i didn't have to deal with that woman!

  Stay far away from here! These guys will set you up with an appointment and then they will never get a hold of you again. They send you on your way and they do not answer their phones, everything goes to a voicemail which isn’t answered. We have had five different people call about my son, including my son, we have gotten no response from not even a nurse or a doctor. It has been over a month!This is the most unprofessional crap clinic I’ve ever experienced in all my years of living. Stay away there are better options.

  The doctor walked in, said that because I'm 32, I'm too young for heart problems and he wasn't going to run any tests and then ended the appointment.

  If I could give a 0 review I would. This cardiology franchise is the worst health care provider I’ve ever seen. After being misdiagnosed and my concerns for my healthcare were so rudely ignored I must say do not use this group if you value your healthcare. After voicing my concern with the drs nurse I was treated very rudely as never before in my life. Usually my experience has been if I had questions at any other dr I’ve seen I was treated with the utmost respect, and concerns were addressed. This facility thinks if you question their abilities then you are being argumentative. I usually don’t engage in conversation that something I may have said triggered the persons ability to flip into a psycho. So, I end the call, and the person calls back to continue on their psycho babble rant. So, if you value your life, don’t go to heartland cardiology. They will lie to you in order to cover their mistakes. Very unprofessional, and extremely low intelligence for people in the medical field.. If there were a trophy for worst nurse the one I dealt with at heartland would win the prize.

  Polite and efficient front office staff. Dr was very thorough and kind.
