- AEAshley ElkinsNov 13, 20251.0What a joke. The first question I was asked was "What do you think it is?" and then was told to go see my primary care physician. If I had the ability to go see them today - I would have! If I knew what it was- I wouldn't be here! I was charged 99$ before being seen. Then was given multiple possibilities and meds for multiple things. More culture of "just throw meds at it" - I barely take ibuprofen let alone antibiotics! Super unimpressed and disappointed in the appointment.

- TMTimmy MacOct 11, 20245.0I recently went to The Little Clinic in Dillons at Andover, Kansas. My apologies I don't remember her name. She is a blonde headed lady who gave me my actual vaccine shots. She advised me of two different shots that can actually cost quite a bit of money. She advised checking with my insurance to see if it's covered and cost. I was really impressed with her advice because money is an issue for me. She very kindly saved me time and money. She could of very easily just blew me off. But she didn't it's a very kind thing to inform people. I was very impressed with the professional service and knowledge advice. The lady at the service desk was very helpful too. I hope these people ladies stay around. Hopefully the other little clinics will follow or imulate the professional services of The Little Clinic in Andover, KS at Dillons. To be honest I have gone to this place in the past. With different people or persons working there. They were totally rude and acting like they had to much caffeine. Again not the same people there. The new people were were and are very kind knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely return here for future visits. Good job please keep these ladies there they are true down to earth professional people. Thank you!!!
- CBClear BlueOct 14, 20223.0The nurse practitioner and staff were great a few years ago when I saw them. So when I got sick recently I wanted to see the same NP again. I called and asked if the same NP was there. She said she couldn't tell me for privacy reasons.? I asked for the NP's name, she wouldn't tell again for privacy. I know they can't give out patient information, but I never knew a clinic that wouldn't give the name of the person treating you! I think she's using rules for patient information on the NP's information. I would have recommended them with 5 stars 3 or 4 years ago, but can't now since I don't know works there today. Plus, I'm pretty sure there's no such privacy rules for NP's, that they're hiring unqualified staff. I'm giving 3 stars because it was convient and didn't cost much, I had no insurance at the time.
