  I had a physical therapy visit three weeks go. Dr. Was great. He told me to come back to check again. When I went to checkout the guy at the desk Eddy was on the phone for 15 minutes and left me waiting. I had to go because it was late and could not stay. I told him to call me once he was off to schedule. I never got a call back and even called a week later to schedule my appt. No one called back. This is the worst customer service experience I ever had at Iu health

  The best experience I have ever had with a rehab organization, and I have had many. The whole process has been professional and caring. My therapist, Randy Eugenio, is wonderful as a therapist and as a person. If I ever have to have other therapy, I will only go there and ask for him.

  The entire process concerning my Physical Therapy experience with IU Health/ Whitestown location was exceptional! Smooth registration procedure, accommodating appointment scheduling, and most of all, professional, qualified Therapists in Gary and Hilary. I felt comfortable with their plan and procedure during rehab. Thank you, Gary, Hilary, Dr. Buller, Dr. Dillon and Staff at IU Health.
