  Let me clarify upfront that the care I’ve gotten at this location has always been medically sound. Dr That said…scheduling is a nightmare. My last 2 appointments I haven’t been seen until 45 minutes or more after my appointment time. This is unacceptable for those of us taking off work to make it to appointments. I haven’t been able to see my PCP for years as she never has availability. My annual physical was reschedule to the NP and most recently, the soonest availability for a sick visit was 2 weeks out! When I approached the desk at this appointment to ask when I could expect to see a doctor, a nurse rudely yelled down the hallway “You should probably just reschedule then” (to an appointment even further out?) as if taking off work a second time in a short time span is something everyone can do.

  Very competent staff. Always friendly and caring. Happy to stay with this practice!!! Dr. Bhargava is serious, no nonsense. She knows what she is doing and I respect her opinion and I listen carefully to her and sometimes I even take notes so I don't have to bother her later! Shout out to Rebecca, her nurse. So good!!!
