  Ever since Logan started working in this location, The Little Clinic became my preferred place to run to for treatment! Logan is caring, kind, approachable. He takes time to explain the issues, the possible whys and the treatment.

  My son arrived at his appointment 5 minutes late, because he went to the wrong Kroger. The appointment was scheduled for 1:30 on Sunday, October 8, 2023. However, when he arrived, no one was at the front desk, and there was a sign indicating that they would be back soon. When the clerk arrived at her desk, my son was informed that his appointment was cancelled because he was late. By that time, my husband had joined my son after parking the car and explained why they were late. The clerk advised my husband that the appointment was cancelled and moved on to help the next person who had arrived. My husband brought up the fact that she was not at her desk when my son arrived and she accused my son of lying. So my husband asked the person who arrived, what time her appointment was scheduled for, and was informed that she did not have one, that she was a walk-in appointment. So the clerk was unwilling to have my son seen, who had an appointment, albeit arrived 5 minutes late, but was willing to schedule the walk-in appointment who came in 5 minutes afterwards. This clerk should not be employed in the customer service industry, and should not be employed in the health care industry where grace and empathy is always appreciated. We have come to this clinic many times, but with employees like this, we and our family of six will not be back. Had to give this place a 1 star to post this. They deserve 0/5.

  I went there because I was not feeling well due to common cold and they offered me - kinda insisting way to have a flu shot (immunization). the immunization policy clearly recommended not to do it when you don't feel well. I feel like it's more money driven compared to my experience at other clinic that i've been. I will never go there anymore or bring my family there

  Had an appt at 11am. 1 person ahead of us which seemed to have just walked in to fill our registration. I would think the person who has an appointment would get called back first but apparently not. Now 30 min past appt and still waiting.

  Nurses are very nice and caring....they have helped me several times and they cured my illness in a couple days....there's no long waiting to be seen....seeing them was cheaper then going to hospital or Dr....I will go to the clinic before going to the Dr,..unless. they let me know I need to go to my Dr. Or hospital....they are very good at their job very clean and professional....they can write a perscription for your need and get it filled right there at Kroger's while u shop....
