My kiddo has complicated medical needs that require frequent blood draws. We've been coming here for 9 year, Aaron and his team in the lab are THE BEST! They're like family, so kind, gentle and great at their jobs! Yesterday was a unique day. We met a lovely woman Faith K. She was waiting for a blood draw too. She sparked up conversation with my daughters and myself. What a lovely woman. I know she may never see this BUT that hug she gave us, especially me, was so needed and so therapeutic. My girls don't have a grandma, my mom died 21 years ago. For 15 mins it was like chatting with my mom and their grandma. Thank you, Faith. You are a special person!

Dr. Mulder and the medical staff who cared for me during my Urgent Care visit were very friendly, kind, attentive and medically thorough. I received excellent service.

Said my 19 yr old daughter had blood clots without doing the proper testing and didn't give us any follow up cate instructions on what to do. Went to IU ER and sat there 4 8hrs to find out she has NO blood clots. Feel like I just got scamed by this hospital

Very poor communication from doctors and hospital administrators. It's like an assembly line where doctors get EXTREME incentives and bonuses for denying care, not ordering crucially needed tests, and then telling you "there's nothing wrong with you" just to clear your bed and send you away so they can refill the bed with another victim they can make more money from.

The Dr that saw me failed to effectively look into the issues i described. He listened about muscle fatigue and soreness, ordering testing for that, which was much appreciated. However, I complained about soreness in a very specific spot before my esophagus inside of my mouth as well. He glanced in my mouth and had me put my tongue down, but that was it. The next day my throat was still bothering me and I looked in the mirror shining a flashlight in my mouth, immediately spotting white dots all over my tonsils. I then went to the ER in Lafayette to confirm the suspicion of tonsil stones. I am concerned by the fact that the Dr I saw at this urgent care didn’t say anything about this problem, when I was able to see it myself within 24 hrs of my visit.
