- NENancy ElliottFeb 21, 20265.0Priscilla at Miracle-Ear is one of those above-and-beyond people. When my 95-year-old mother had trouble with her hearing aids, Priscilla came to the rescue. She offered to stop by Mom's place on her own time to see if she could help. She was able to fix the hearing aids. She saved Mom from having to get out in this ridiculously cold weather, and she saved Mom from having to hire a ride service to and from the Miracle Ear store (which was only a mile away). Priscilla is an angel! THANK YOU!!

She took the time, on a Sunday afternoon mind you, with NFL on no less, and walked me through the process! It worked perfectly! Got me connected in less than 5 minutes! That is excellent customer service for an employee to take the time to help a customer when they aren’t even at work! Thank you Tina and enjoy the rest of the game!!! Give this girl a raise Miracle Ear!!! She earns it!
