  Been with these guys 30 plus years and have had wonderful treatment every time. Sometimes the treatment doesn't always work because my teeth have been in such bad shape but Dr Steve always makes it right. I have been able to keep a good amount of my teeth thanks to Dr Steve ❤️

  I always feel welcome when I come for an appointment. The desk staff smile, use my first name and comment that they're glad to see me. That sets the tone for when my dear hygienist comes to greet me and escort me to her workspace. I know that Gena has read the notes from my last visit, because we just pick up our conversation where we last left off. She always asks insightful questions and anticipates my needs. She works fast and explains things so I can understand. I also know she clues in the dentist there's very little need for repeating. Steve is always cordial, in a good mood, and genuinely concerned about my life, health and circumstances. He listens to my questions and offers wise counsel. The check out process is efficient, and scheduling always offers choices for my next procedure. Strong entrance and a strong sendoff show how smoothly their office is managed. I would recommend this practice to anyone who prefers a friendly, proactive service.

  The service was decent, but I was out of town for a few months and they sued me!!! I had to pay an extra $750 to cancel the lawsuit. My mom was in a car accident, put into a coma, then diagnosed with cancer, yet they never once called me before escalating! I've had a medical bill from a doctor from 5 years ago go unpaid (I had moved to another state so the bills went to the wrong address), and all they did was charge me a few fees (~$150) The fact that they escalated this so rapidly is unheard of, I will never visit them again.
