They are absolutely militant about it and treat me, a stage 4 cancer patient, like a drug-seeker! They used to give us 2 days prior to fill our script, then they pushed it back to the day of the prescription being done, now it is the day AFTER! Do they even CARE that we will be in withdrawal that morning after, and still have to drive there to pick up the script while in WITHDRAWAL?? THEY DON'T GIVE A SHIT!!! ABSOLUTELY REPREHENSIBLE HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC PAIN!!! 🤬ðŸ˜ðŸ¥º

I’ve witnessed them getting verbal abuse from the customers many times. Yes, they have moments where they get overwhelmed and they just need to hear one kind word, but these people are great. Kroger store manager-not so much. Hot dark haired woman behind the pharmacy counter needs a raise and a promotion. She knows how to do her job well!

Called in my prescription since I haven’t had it filled there before. She hung up on me before I could get 2 words out. Not to mention I was on hold for 15 minutes before that. Had to call back to be placed on hold again just to get a time of when my meds would be filled!!!
