  The staff was lovely. However, I don’t know if it was my demographics or what, but the doctor could not have cared less about helping, explaining, or really even listening. Saw him for a few minutes, was quickly dismissed along with my complaints of pain that “shouldn’t be happening” and are I guess supposed to change…? Maybe? There seem to be multiple endodontic and periodontic offices in Valpo. I wouldn’t recommend this one. Though, I give them two stars, because a different office in Valpo requested a several thousand dollar down payment before even seeing me. Hence why I went here.

  Everyone was so friendly from the front desk to the doctor. I had a root canal done and experienced no pain, it was less than 45 minutes for the whole treatment, and they answered all my questions before even needing to ask! I would recommend this office to anyone.

  Never ever ever go here. According to them they have a 3rd party that answers the phones? So I call to get ALL 4 wisdom teeth pulled. I tell them im coming from out of town for the appointment and staying with my bf . I asked to be put under, I was told that was fine, they take all my info and give me confirmation for my appointment. Fast forward to the day of my appointment they are claiming to know absolutely nothing about my request due to this 3rd party? Im told that being sedated was not an option since I never had a consultation, and basically tell me I can get numbed or leave. But I was from out of town by over 2 hrs and already had waited 3 weeks for the appointment. I end up getting numbed, it was beyond terrible. I left crying. Their bed side manners were not great revolving around the whole situation. Disappointing doesn't even come close to my experience. Did a review but is no where to be found, so making another. Happened in 2024

  I had a procedure done to re-treat a root canal. The Doctor and Assistant were really professional and quick. After the gum surgery, the stitches were solid and perfect and without bleeding. It was amazing. The Doctor explained the prognosis clearly. The staff is also friendly and professional. The whole process was better than I could have imagined.

  Even though it was a root canal, The whole experience was great! The dental assistant and Dr. Wiersema did an awesome job keeping me calm and comfortable during the procedure. A+++ to the team at Endodontic and Periodontic Associates of Valparaiso!!
