  I personally see Dr. Jessica Williams. yes, she DOES care about her patients. No she is NOT in it for the paycheck. I have NEVER had any issues with her not listening to me and understanding my anxiety and my fears with medications. She is the only doctor I have found that I feel believes me when I explain my problems or what I'm experiencing and she doesn't make me feel crazy for it. I went through multiple doctors before I came to see Dr. Williams, and this woman has helped me through so much. This woman has seen me at my literal worst, my lowest I have ever been. My first impression of myself to her was miserable, depressed, suicidal ideations. If it were not for this doctor I wouldn't be where I am at mentally today. She has always been sure to get me the help I need and point me in the right direction to any specialist i needed. The office ladies are not rude. Some people just have different personalities, and tones to there voices, doesn't mean they are rude. I had to do some self reflecting to realize that because at first i had a similar thoughts, but i was not in a healthy mindset and thought everyone was out to get me. I'm telling you though, the two ladies at the front desk are wonderful and are always willing to speak with me. Truth is , when I was going through my we'll say "issues" i was actually really rude to them and they were still very pleasant with me... i wouldn't have been nice to me..... It was a ME problem and issue. Not them. The pharmacy ladies are also wonderful, I don't even have to tell them who I am and they always have my stuff ready for me when I get there. Also, I don't live in Muncie.... and i go to this office. I started going here when i lived in Marion. Also I started going here a few years ago, and I won't go anywhere else.

  It's hard to find a good doctor these days, and I regard Jessica Williams as a good doctor.

  I’m not sure who to get in contact with, but I think it was the lady with scheduling, was about as rude as you can get.
