  My dissatisfaction, during over a dozen visits, was with the hospital administration. The latest was the requirement to register before proceeding to the doctor's assigned facilities. My feeling is if the patient does not need to register when the assigned facilities are at the north end of the building, it should not be demanded when the group is working out of the south end. I have seen other administration-caused problems at this facility. All of which were due to administration decisions, policies or procedures. They seem to feel the patient is not the customer. It is still the better of my options, but it's sad in the way we the customers are treated.

  Great people. Excellent communication from everyone. Dr Whipp gave me all the time I wanted and needed. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
