- JLJami LeeMar 7, 20261.0I purchased a pair of glasses November 2025, when I got them I wasn’t sold on them but thought I would give time to get used to them. I purchased the purchase plan along with the glasses , after a few months the glasses were not going to work for me! I can’t see out of them well, and they look absolutely ridiculous on my face! I took them back March 2026 only for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do because it’s out of the 30 day window, they love to tell you about the protection plan because it cost money but decline to inform you anything about the 30 day window. She did offer me 50% off a different pair of frames but why should I have to spend any money considering that I just waisted $400 on glasses I can’t wear! I would never recommend here to anyone!
