I moved two hours away from my home town after completing this program. This place has truly changed my life. The staff go above and beyond, they genuinely care about every person that walks to that door and treat you like family, not just like a washed up addict. At Annabranch you don't just learn how to stay sober- you learn to live again!!! Every day is filled with growth ,laughter, and support. Another thing that is unique is, they give you a chance to come back. And work as a staff member Once you have some sobriety under your belt. The fellowship and the community is incredible here. Even though I was homesick and wanted to go home, it was emotional when it came time to leave. One other thing that sets them apart from other rehabs. Is they have an app and their alumni get together frequently. ProvingYou don't only have to have a drink or whatever to have a heck of a time. God bless you each and every one of you big shout out to my friends and family at the Annabranch facility.

I went to Anna branch in Terre haute Indiana because I was addicted to Suboxone and wanted to be under medical supervision when I got off Suboxone for good. I started off on 8 mg and I wanted to be off completely when I got out. I went from eight my first week to 4 the second week down to 2 the third week down the 1 the fourth week. I ended up graduating and three almost 4 days before I left. I took my last Suboxone 1 mg pill 3 days before I left. Mind you I was the only guy in there that wanted to completely get off the Suboxone while I was there everyone else wanted to stay on i and they weren’t promoting winging off suboxone in any sort they were actually promoting upping the dosage to me and others multiple times. By the time I winged off with two days left, I asked them could I just rest for my last two days so I could go to the sober living I was going to and would be well rested and hopefully by then I could get through the worse part of the withdrawals. When you’re withdrawing off Suboxone, it is worse than heroin. It is worse than fentanyl. The only thing that’s worse than Suboxone is methadone. When I didn’t go to class two days before I was supposed to leave, they came and got me and took me to the director’s office and the director told me that I had to leave if I didn’t go to class and I told them I am sick because I just took my last dose. I would like to rest the last two days there and I would appreciate it because I took a big step in my life and wanted to get off of the Suboxone and be off all mind altering substances and I chose to come here to do this with the understanding they helped us and cared about our lives which I feel like anyone in that position should more than anyone especially seeing all the people who come in and out and don’t make it back and I feel like at a rehab who cares about you and cares about saving people’s lives once you graduate if you’re winged off of something that will make you withdrawal, you should be able to rest for at least the last couple days until you leave and they shouldn’t be forcing you to get up and go to classes and get up and participate When you’re going through this sickness. The nurse was by the directors office when she told me that I had to leave if I didn’t go to class and I asked the nurse can you please explain to the director that you withdraw when you come off of Suboxone and she said specifically out of her mouth no you do not withdraw you need to go to class. She truly lied tome to get me to go to class to sign the papers for my insurance that’s all they cared about. They did not care about me personally wanting to come there and save my life. They ended up kicking me out in the rain in a thunderstorm because I was sick and didn’t want to go to class because the withdrawals were that bad. Mind you I’m from Indianapolis, Indiana and this is the Anna branch in Terre Haute, Indiana. I asked him could I please use a phone they told me no we will not let you use our phone. You have to leave the premises.they kicked me out of the facility homeless in a city where I’m not from withdrawing in a thunderstorm, carrying three bags full of clothes, hygiene and multiple pairs of shoes, my laptop And other things which were extremely heavy and got wet and ruined. They told me that they could just put me back on the Suboxone if I’m not going to go to class so I won’t withdraw or can leave. I just want to let everyone know the director at Anna branch in Terre Haute, Indiana, she is a blonde haired woman and the nurse Brandi during the month of July 2025 were treating me as if I was nothing like a roach they wanted to step on. I would not recommend this rehab to anyone because this is life and death and you want to be put in a position to save your life with people who are knowledgeable and care. I was a leader who everyone looked up too. I started a prayer circle, I vocalized it every night donated clothes, I was doing was more than what the staff was doing for them. Because I truly cared, and in the end, I found out they only care about money.
