  The staff are so attentive an friendly, taking care of each patient effectively. My Doc Miller is the best primary physician I have ever had, and I will be 70 this year. This practice is so friendly, yet very professional in all of your care needs. I would recommend them 100%.

  I've been a patient at I U Health in Spencer for about 5 years. They called me 2 days ago to set up an appointment for my annual bloodwork.. Once I arrived, I stood in line and waited my turn. According to them I arrived at my appointment 1 minute late and they wanted to reschedule me. Needless to say, Im angry! I live one hour and 36 minutes away from the dr office and all they said was" I can reschedule you now or you can give us a call back to reschedule." NOPE NEVER AGAIN will I waist my time and gas driving here just to be sent back home. PS. IF MY APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED AT 12:45 THEN WHY DO I HAVE TO ARRIVE 20 MINUTES EARLY? WOULDN'T THAT MEAN MY APPOINTMENT IS AT 12.25?

  Every time I call to make an appointment I’m told I need to wait, sometimes months and I’ve been a patient with them my whole life. Sometimes they don’t even reach back out. I called recently because I was experiencing chest pains and my blood pressure had been unusually high and was told I couldn’t see my doctor for 2 months. It’s absurd, IU health is horrible. The doctors themselves may be great but anything IU doesn’t actually care about you as a person

  As a new patient looking for a new Dr. IU Health was great. From the moment I talked to the front desk, the nurses and Dr. Miller, I knew this was going to be my new home. I felt like they cared about me and took the time to get to know me I highly recommend them.
