  I only give three stars from the experience of my first visit. In November I got an exam and purchased one pair of eyeglasses and one pair of sunglasses. The staff was awesome and I like my glasses. Cost = just over $500 I went back this morning to purchase two new pairs of glasses, and was barely greeted by a very rude and inconvenienced lady. When a customer comes to your business as a return customer, prepared to spend several hundred dollars you probably shouldn’t be so rude and treat them as if they are bothering you. Someone SERIOUSLY needs to learn some customer service skills! Instead I tried to inconvenience someone else with my money. It didn’t work as they were not inconvenienced at all! They were polite and helpful and that is why I will not return to your business. Someone else appreciates both me and my money more.

  Never go to this place. Just waste of money and time. I had to change my subscription twice still it did not help and ended up realizing the subscription Dr. prescribed was unnecessary high and intense for my eyes. Also I did not like their behavior. It felt like they are treating me for free. The stuffs are very inefficient. They are nt supportive at all. Also they have limited options in store. My situation got worse after visiting this place.

  I was told my glasses would be delivered to me with a week and when I call after a week of waiting, I'm informed they never shipped my glasses. They also ended up not having half of what they needed to make my glasses while I was there causing me to have to pick cheaper options or else I would've had to wait almost a month for me to get my two pairs of glasses. Never going to this location again

  Not transparent. I purchased two pairs of glasses a year ago nearly spending $300. I was told I would get reimbursed if I didn’t bring them back in during the time of the active warranty. I didn’t have a reason to bring them in because I know how to take care of my glasses and fix them. I called today about the reimbursement and they said I would get a voucher. A voucher to use in that place. No one said during the time of purchase that it was only to be used there. I’m thinking they will send a check in the mail or I just have to go up there. So I spend my money and still have to give them MY MONEY to purchases glasses and not receive MY money back.
