The South Bend Clinic

The South Bend Clinic is the largest physician owned and led multi-specialty group practice in the State of Indiana. The physicians at the South Bend Clinic work in a collaborative care environment where primary care physicians and specialists deliver integrated and coordinated patient care. In June 2020, the South Bend Clinic and Allied Physicians of Michiana, a multi-specialty health care group merged to create a model focusing on providing greater value for patients and employers alike. Today the newly merged South Bend Clinic strives to be the leader of guiding improvements and joint ventures that drive down the cost of care. They continues to grow with nearly 200 providers, 15 locations and over 30 different board certifications.
