- MMmarina4 days ago3.0Overall the gym is clean, the equipment is solid, and I’ve never had issues with staff—except for a recent incident that really crossed a line. I was checked in by an employee I’d never seen before, and shortly after, he followed my personal Instagram using information from the Planet Fitness system. I reported it immediately because that’s a clear violation of privacy and extremely inappropriate. Despite this, he is still employed there, which is disappointing and honestly concerning. Aside from that incident, the rest of the staff has always been great, but the lack of action on something so serious has made me rethink how safe and protected member information actually is.
