- ARAustin ReasNov 12, 20252.0Cannot recommend this place at all. I came in for an exam for the first time in many many years. Nothing was explained to me during the exam. I was not told how far off my vision was. I was pushed into contacts that didn't fit and hurt my eyes. I was told to go pick out glasses but the person that was supposed to help me just went and sat down and got on the phone. I wasn't given my prescription information. When I called back to ask why, I was told it was because I left too early, even though I was being ignored. Rachel in the Dr's office was the only bright spot as she genuinely seemed to care and helped a lot explaining about the contacts (even though I couldn't use them).

There are many options for pricing and style if you are nervous about paying out of pocket. The exam itself was quite reasonably priced as well. I left with two pairs when I intended on just one.
