  I have been to Heidi twice and it has been so incredible. I first scheduled for a lymphatic but then she asked me if I had any other areas and I told her about my back pain. At this point I had just switched to a new back doctor and was frustrated with my chiropractor/physio therapy/ muscle work situation I had been working with for months! That first hour massage I got was so helpful that I broke up with my chiro/physio/muscle work location because I understood what dedicated time with someone as knowledgeable and experienced as Heidi was worth! My pain level continued to decrease after seeing her and I looked forward to my next which was 1.5 hours (today) and it was just as amazing! I can’t wait for the healing to continue!! Thank you so much Heidi and I recommend her to everyone!! If you are concerned about the price I am telling you she is completely worth it and qualified! You pay for those things and it is incredibly fair and worth it. The relief I got from my first hour massage was worth more than a three months of appointments, twice a week, with my chiropractor/physio therapy and muscle work combined appointments. (I hope that last part makes sense :) )

  I’ve tried several deep tissue massages in the area, but nothing compares to my experience at Deep Dig Deep Tissue Massage with Heidi. She was the first therapist who truly got all my knots out—no searching around or guessing, she seemed to instantly find every problem area with precision. What really stood out was how she located knots I didn’t even realize I had. Her technique is incredibly effective, and you can tell she really understands the body and how to work through deep tension. After my session, my neck and shoulder pain were completely gone, which honestly felt amazing. I ended up having one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time because my body was finally relaxed and pain-free. If you’re looking for a deep tissue massage that actually delivers results, I highly recommend Heidi. She’s on a whole different level.

  Certainly the best massage I have ever had. I deeply recommend for anyone. She is an amazing person and does an impressive job. Best place to come if you are an athlete, she will definetely help with your injuries. Amazing place and service.

  I have found my massage therapist! I have been to many different places to get a massage ( I travel for a living), and Heidi is the only one that has made a difference in my neck and low back! I have been told by others that my neck was tight, but she made a difference! Client for life!
