  Filled my script and then told me they dont take my insurance!! Doesn't help me at all!!

  Well, my experience has been overall great there until one day I caught them busy and grumpy because of it. I am a regular there and they were having trouble getting my Medicaid to work for some reason had the same Medicaid as I always have. And one of the staff members must have accidently changed something in my Medicaid # or something because for 3 weeks they told me there was nothing they could do i couldn't pay cash and my Medicaid was not showing up but they knew I had Medicaid so I couldn't pay. Finally they let me pay and I figured it out on my own by calling places for 3 weeks to find out what I could do about them not fixing my medicaid. My main person for Medicaid actually had to call them to make them fix it. And I went to get all my almost $200.00 back. They were not happy about giving my $ back because now I had paid for it and so had medicaid... So they had run my Medicaid about 6 days after I paid cash. And then it showed up that I received them 6 days later because it was re-ran. So when it came to my next fill they made me wait exactly..that 6 extra days no...3 days early...NOTHING...all because they are under educated or flat out too lazy to care to try to fix it for me. When I went on my original fill date they not only called my doctor and told him that they ran it through 6 days later but failed to tell them that it was an error on their behalf. I actually received it 6 days earlier than it was ran through medicaid. And told them I was attempting to fill early. Which I have never ever attempted to do this was their mess up. But I walked out my original date and decided to move my prescription because I was offended by the way I was treated like a criminal when this was their mistake and I had been through he'll fixing it for them and then they refuses to fill for me. I told her I wanted my script I planned to move to a new pharmacy and she went and whispered to the pharmacist came back and refuses to give me my script saying I needed to call my doctor and drive over and hour and a half to his office and get a new one if I wanted to move it. So they won they got everything they decided they wanted and there was nothing I could do about this unless I wanted to make that trip to get a new script. I felt like they had complete control over my stuff and they were going to get their money and didn't care how. Now that I had gotten back almost $200.00 for the script they made me pay for when I had Medicaid or suffer without this much needed script. It was aweful so next time I will not take my script there..it was a complete difference than I had seen the year previous that I have been filling there. Idk what to really think about all this that happened. It shows how much we are controlled by others choices.
