- KAKristen AxsomAug 9, 20232.0I have always complimented Jay c for their customer service but when I called I was put on hold twice and the 2nd time for 5 mins. I asked about a very important prescription which they told me needed a prior authorization and was told it wouldn’t happen that day. I had to call the doctor to call them to get the correct info and then they told them they were out of stock and it would be 24 hours or more. I had to go to another pharmacy since they were out of stock and was told they don’t do transfers so after spending 2 hours back in forth I was finally able to get at another pharmacy and was told I would have to go to their pharmacy to have prescription transferred to another one. They were aggravated and didn’t want to give me accurate info so I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy where they make their customers feel important. I originally transferred from Walmart to Jay c bc Jay c had great customer service but now they went bc

Also gave me good advice and done what they told me and kept me from getting a infection. Thanks ladies. Done with the other pharmacies and pharmacists that treat you bad and don't fill medicine in a timely manor and act like they don't even want to be there and slam folders down at you when you ask a question about your medication. Tell you that you don't have insurance knowing good an well you have to have it now. Jay C Pharmacy has my business from now on..
