- RRR RolloApr 6, 20261.0After paying for an eye exam, which conveniently omitted the pupillary distance for my progressives, I was told by the sales associate that the frames I wanted had been discontinued and she was unable to order them AFTER she told me they were available and I waited half an hour as she searched the system. She then told me she was unable to give me the measurements so I could order online directly from Oakley because the “system wouldn’t allow it”. A waste of my time and lost business for them on both fronts, as they own Oakley. Horrible experience and I won’t be going back.
