- MFMoses Fields4 days ago1.0Sylvia lies to members! I called planet fitness to cancel my membership and had a balance due. I haven’t used my membership in the past 2 years! Sylvia told me I MUST come in to pay, or she will not cancel my membership. I called back later that day for clarification on the matter and was met with a very nice employee who walked me through canceling my membership online. She explained I had no obligation to pay and could opt out online. Thankfully I didn’t have to drive 6hrs back to my home town to cancel a gym membership! I don’t appreciate Sylvia twisting the truth. All these managers care about is money not the happiness of the company. Greed kills all.
