  I’ve always had very good experiences with Assured Home Health. I’ve had to use them three times now. Once when we needed help with my my Father-in-law, then with a Grandparent, and again for my Dad. Every time I found them to very helpful, easy to work with, and respectful; both when dealing with the office staff for insurance and general questions and with the nursing staff that comes by the house. I started using them in 2008 and have been recommending them whenever I hear someone talking about a parent or family member that needs medical assistance at home. If you’re looking for this kind of help I would recommend using Assured. At least give them a call and you can see for yourself. I know this whole process can be a major pain and they made it a lot easier than I was expecting. My Aunts been using Home Health agencies for years and I’ve heard all kinds of awful stories with some of these different home health agencies. I tried to get her lined up with Assured but unfortunately she’s located in another state and too far away or it could have really spared her a lot of bad experiences. She has a hard enough time as it is.

  I highly recommend Assured Home Healthcare. I have trusted them with the loving, personalized and professional care of my mother. Assured Home Healthcare’s staff is consistent and has always looked out for the best interest my mother. She would not have been able to age in place in her home without their consistent care. From the Owner to the Nurses to the Personal Care Aides, they really get to know their clients, identifying if something is out of the ordinary and being proactive to alert both family and physician. They are honest and ethical. We’ve recommended them for other family members and to friends that needed help at home.

  This is by far one of the best home healthcare agencies I've ever worked with. The staff is very personable and attentive. Great company and great people to work with!
