  This was my first time at this office and my husband had to work so I had to bring my two young kids to the appointment with me. I had a very early appointment so naturally my daughter wasn’t in the best mood and started throwing a fit. The staff came in and asked if they could take her out of the room and played with her and gave her toys and entertained her so I could finish my appointment! They were so amazing and she had a blast! I met with Dr. Kelly and she took the time to talk to me and listen to what I needed! It was a great experience for both my daughter and I!

  Dr Jeffery Witt performed my vasectomy and the procedure was a failure. I was given a lame excuse of an angle hair vas deferen that was present; however, when I went to a different Dr. to have the procedure done again, he disagreed with Dr. Witt. I have been trying to address this issue with IU Health for over 3 years and I get no reply or rude treatment from the staff that I speak with. To be fair not all staff is rude, but a majority are. I did not want to resort to a public review, but I feel that other should be aware. They definitely do not want to accept accountability for their staff. If you value your health and are an IU Health patient, go elsewhere. Patients be ware!!!
