- MSMichele SandiferNov 4, 20251.0Poor customer service. Ordered online for pickup within 2 hours and over 3 hours before they closed. I needed to do some other shopping in Richmond as well. The order wasn't ready until the next day so I made a second trip to pick up my order. It was supposed to include a free bottle of vitamin C but was told they were near expiring so it wasn't added to my order. Instead they wanted to sell it to me at a discounted price. I'm sure they were going to thow them away soon and it was a promotion so not sure why they couldn't honor it. I even offered to buy additional products if they just threw it in. Also, shipping would have been free but I had a coupon that said, pickup in store for an additional 15% off. They didn't honor that either and said I had to make another purchase for the discount. The coupon did not say on next purchase. It was misleading and I won't fall for that again. I will make sure to ship all my orders in the future. It's too far of a drive for me to revisit this store and they did nothing to gain my business.

Their store manager Lisa goes above and beyond anytime I shop in there and makes me feel like I’m more than just a customer. She really cares about her store and the people who shop in there. I can’t recommend this store enough!

She saved us money with the deals inside the store and we are confident we purchased the items needed to help us achieve our goals. If you have goals to achieve or questions about products, I highly recommend this GNC!
