- AAAlexisApr 3, 20235.0very much improved as of 2024. there are a lot of old reviews giving 1 star, but since those were posted the kroger pharmacy has done a 180. the staff are all kind and understanding, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and eager to help. calls are always answered and wait time is usually only about 10-15 minutes if it’s not already done. keep up the good work 👍
- SBSheri BauApr 22, 20201.0Call and a pharmacist breathes heavily because apparently you disturbed them by calling to ask about your medication and then they are rude to you about it. Also dealt with a pharmacy tech not minding HIPPA rights by saying rudely that she hopes her teenage daughter never has to be on birth control and procede to ask why she's on it,umm...none of your business. Tired of them never having anything ready and being nosey and rude. Will be transferring pharmacies. Not like they care anyways. Btw..I was a pharmacy tech.for 4 years and I and the rest of the pharmacy group never treated people the way they do at Kroger.
