    Called this company to obtain some information needed. Was told someone would get back to me. I also emailed the owner to be proactive in letting them know that I was given a deadline to obtain the information from their company. The owner did not respond, and nobody from the office got back to me before the deadline. I then called the office that was looking for my information from Home Instead and let them know that they did not comply, so a phone call was made requesting the information. Home instead said they could not talk to them. Along with never submitting the requested information or returning an email or a phone call... ever.
