No for real though DERIC is EVERYTHING!!! Super nice, super personable, felt like I was talking to my best friend! My insurance courier changed and he worked with me to not only find what works best for me while staying within budget. This LensCrafters is by far the BEST in all of Indiana, I travel 45 minutes FAITHFULLY!

Deric was the most helpful one there. One of them kept leaving their stuff at all the stations, kinda greedy for attention. XD

Great experience! Everyone was friendly and informative. Very detailed when explaining the differences with frames and lens. I had a guy named Deric who went above and beyond to help me pick out the best frames/lens for my needs. I don’t have the best of vision so I always worry about looking like I have bottle caps or looking like a minion. I don’t want my glasses looking like I can see tomorrow in them. Sure enough he was able to tell me the best lens and quality frames that were made perfectly for me. The lens weren’t thick and weird looking and for the frame of my face so perfectly. More than anything Deric helped me find a stylish pair of glasses because there are so many to choose from. I not only want quality frames but I want my glasses to look stylish and sleek. Thank you Deric.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Deric. He was extremely energetic, helpful, and honestly made the whole visit fun. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and enjoys helping people. I swear he seemed even more excited than I was about picking out my glasses! He took the time to explain everything, helped me find what looked best, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like that is rare these days. If you stop by LensCrafters, make sure you ask for Deric — the bald-headed guy (his words, not mine! 😂). You won’t regret it.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
