You can tell he genuinely loves his job and enjoys helping people. I swear he seemed even more excited than I was about picking out my glasses! He took the time to explain everything, helped me find what looked best, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like that is rare these days. If you stop by LensCrafters, make sure you ask for Deric — the bald-headed guy (his words, not mine! 😂). You won’t regret it.
