The staff is always very rude, needlessly over-explaining things. They told her that her prescription would be ready today and it was not. For whatever reason, they became very defensive about giving out inaccurate information and felt the need to question the quantity her doctor was prescribing her and go into detail about how they charge insurance. Apparently they wanted to make it feel like it was her fault that she came to pick it up when they told her to. The staff needs to chill out.
