She barley gave him the chance to speak, we ordered RX Delivery on Kroger app, and it says on the app if we want to change our delivery or cancel it we have to call the pharmacy..... Megan acted like she had no idea what we were talking about and slammed the phone on my husband. Very disappointed....

Maintenance medications are one thing but urgent scripts for acute illness also take unreasonable amount of time compared to other pharmacies and appeared to have more staff than usual. I was told there is no guideline on how often the script voicemail line is checked. Unacceptable.
