The employees are extremely rude and act like they don't like their job. This lady named Megan was extremely rude to my husband over the phone. She barley gave him the chance to speak, we ordered RX Delivery on Kroger app, and it says on the app if we want to change our delivery or cancel it we have to call the pharmacy..... Megan acted like she had no idea what we were talking about and slammed the phone on my husband. Very disappointed....

Honestly, Kroger is the worst pharmacy I've ever been too. It's not due to anything other than the people they have running it! They are so rude and just straight up mean for no reason at all! I've switched back to CVS and plan on staying there. Please don't work around people if you hate interacting with people. It shows and it makes others experience negative.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Staff is rude and does not care. Avoid at all cost. CVS and Walgreens in Peru would be a much better option.

I agree , they deserve negative 5 star's, scripts called in at noon they said come back at three. Then they said come back the next day at two. Then they needed my license on file so it would take two more hours... So thank you Kroger, I will check reviews before I go anywhere from now on..
