    They tell you they will call you back and they don't. I've called 3 times this week and get told we will call youback after we apeak to the doctor and no one bother to do what they said they would do. Its irritating as hell

    The staff at the Paoli office has been great to me. Especially Holly and Katlyn. However the entire staff treated me like I mattered to them.

    My children were treated like an annoyance and were accused and scorned for false accusations made by the nurse. Very disappointed

    Had both my kids seen on a major holiday. In and out in under 40min, and everyone treated us with courtesy and respect despite being at work on a holiday. Very accommodating to my 2 year old who gets very anxious in doctor's offices.
