  I am appalled my 81 year old mother came in on Thursday before noon with a severe UTI and serious external yeast infection. She has had a fever, nausea, back ache and so uncomfortable with frequent urination urgency and so raw she could hardly stand clothing. Y’all sent her home with nothing more than a topical ointment to put on the yeast infection and told her she would find out MONDAY confirmation of a UTI before antibiotics would be dispensed. Unbelievable! She continued to suffer unable to rest until Saturday evening until my 85 year old Dad said I’m taking you to Jasper ER. The staff there too were puzzled about the lack of care my mother received in Paoli. In Jasper, she was put on antibiotic IV, provided a different yeast infection topical and pain medication for the back pain AND an oral antibiotic to address the UTI bacterial infection. She was able to go home with some relief. I’m so angry my parents in their 80’s had to drive an hour to receive compassionate and thorough care when there is a clinic within 10 minutes of their home. This is negligence and SHAMEFUL! My mom would still be waiting until Monday to find out IF she would receive help. Unbelievably poor care. Do better!

  The staff at the Paoli office has been great to me. Especially Holly and Katlyn. However the entire staff treated me like I mattered to them.

  My children were treated like an annoyance and were accused and scorned for false accusations made by the nurse. Very disappointed

  Had both my kids seen on a major holiday. In and out in under 40min, and everyone treated us with courtesy and respect despite being at work on a holiday. Very accommodating to my 2 year old who gets very anxious in doctor's offices.
