  I was impressed with the overall care and concern shown by everyone in the office. Time was taken to answer questions thoroughly, and that I was as comfortable as I could be in what can be an uncomfortable place for many people.

  I'm new to the area and wanted to find a new regular dentist. I have not had a great experience here. They missed an obvious cavity and also handle scheduling appointments in the most insane way I've ever seen. First off, I had my first cleaning with them a little over a month ago. Seemed to go fine. No cavities. A week later the left side of my face swells up and I have to go to the emergency dentist at another office. NFD missed a cavity on my lower left side. So I had to get that filled in. Sure, mistakes happen. Whatever. We move on. Second, I had a follow up appointment with them for a second cleaning that was today for 12pm. I've gotten multiple calls and texts the last few days leading up to it and the previous text even says 12pm. Then, I was very busy yesterday and didn't get to check the next call they gave me where they explained my appointment was actually "tentative" for 12pm and someone else was already scheduled in that time slot. Plus ANOTHER confirmation text, after I had already replied to the previous one that states 12pm, saying 10am. What? Excuse me? That makes absolutely zero sense. Who does scheduling like this? You schedule multiple people for the same time slot and then just figure it out on the spot a day before? We're busy adults. We don't have time for this nonsense. I've NEVER heard of anything like this for scheduling appointments at any type of business. You schedule one person for one time slot. Not multiple and then figure it out last minute. We plan our days around appointments like this. Request time off where needed. Let our coworkers know what times we're going to be out. We don't have time to just reschedule stuff last minute. Absolutely absurd way to handle scheduling.

  The staff was great. I recieved one of the best cleanings I've had in a long time. I even scheduled an appointments for my entire family. I would highly recommend if you're in the market for a new dentist.
