  I have been a regular customer for years and the staff there frequently reinforces my decision by the exemplary level of customer service. Drug prices are insane and my insurance is mediocre at best. They will take the time to check discount cards to find the best price possible for me and save me a substantial amount of money. Yesterday they saved me over $100 on some dermatology meds for my son. They saved me over $1000 on a single prescription a few years back. I cannot sing their praises enough.

  I am so happy I switched over pharmacies from Walgreens to kroger about 9 months ago or so. I absolutely love the staff they are wonderful and always so helpful if I have any questions or issue I recommend 10 out of 10

  There is a very good reason why they have a horrible rating. It's sad they carry the best pricing for my prescription, I'm betting that is the only reason most use this Kroger pharmacy. You will not find a group of employees more irritated about doing their job. There is one man working, who is pleasant, so I can't group him with the others. Many of the same reviews and nothing changes. I guess nobody takes these reviews seriously. I laugh every time I read the "about" posted by the management.

  I work a very busy schedule that does not allow for a lot of time for me to make the pharmacy hours. I called 2 days ago to verify what time the stop taking walking for covid shots. They told me 6 and they would make note that I was coming in. I arrived at the counter at 535, filled out paper work and told at 542 that I could not be seen as the vial that was out had expired and they needed to wait 15 minutes before giving it and then 15 after. The pharmacist turned me away, not willing to budge at all or willing to shut the gates and still watch the patient for 10 minutes after her shift. This could have been a very easy customer service opportunity, instead no understanding. The next possible opportunity to make it in before 530pm is a week away and I am already 2 days over the due date for the second shot.
