My daughter was really sick doctors office called 9: am for med Zohran to be picked up. I called pharmacy they said will be filled 2: pm I ay2:05 pharmacy guy said it is not ready. Waiting for 15 minutes. Not ready yet. Ridiculous. Very rude staff

the pharmacist refuse doctors prescription? It floors me that I’m under doctors care for a medical condition which I’m being treated for and yet the pharmacist has no clue of what’s going on and blindly refuse to do his job! Not only I’m leaving this Kroger pharmacy but I’m leaving Kroger all together, I hope the upper management would step in and teach staff about job description
