  I began seeing Liz a few months ago, and let me tell you how life-changing this therapy has been for me. She has taught me incredible skills to cope with trauma and I have been lighter ever since. I am forever grateful for her professional wisdom and carefully listening ear.

  I started seeing Liz in the fall of 2022. To say that she changed my life is an understatement. I was in the midst of figuring out how to leave an abusive marriage. I was dealing with depression, anxiety, amongst many other things. Liz has had a profound impact on my life and my healing. I have seen many therapists throughout my life and no one comes close to Liz and her abilities. She truly cares about her patients and their healing. I recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to start their therapy journey. I truly wouldn’t be living the life I am today without having started therapy with Liz. I am so grateful for her.

  I’ve been seeing Liz for about 2½ years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. Before finding her, I’d seen a few different therapists, but I never really felt like I connected with any of them. After my very first session with Liz, I knew she was going to be the right fit. She has this amazing ability to keep things light and make you feel totally comfortable, while still being professional and focused. I’ve made so much progress since I started working with her, and I really feel like she genuinely cares about her clients. She goes out of her way to help and always makes the space feel safe and supportive. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly cares and makes therapy something you actually look forward to, I couldn’t recommend Liz more.

  Elizabeth has helped me not only improve my mental health, but my whole being. She is thorough, patient, kind, and dedicated. She specializes in many techniques and assures you get what you need. I moved to Indianapolis and kept her as my therapist, because she is that good. Elizabeth is a strong advocate and a master at what she does. She has helped change my life!

  Not a licensed psychologist/psychotherapist just moved here from Wyoming. Is a licensed social worker. Does not know empathy. Is great with somatic practices and EDMR when she has time but she will not make time or communicate honestly. Liz promised me she would be there for me make time for me and then she stood me up and this is her response to me. She said she’s too busy to follow up with her promise cause she’s getting married and is having issues with her DJ. So not professional. Lol do NOT recommend literally so rude and triggering. Made things so much worse for me. Highly dangerous honesty. I trusted her and had hope too.
