Recently I’ve noticed how understaffed they are, and today only one person was on duty, the pharmacist, Doris. Even though I’m sure she was swamped because she was by herself, she was patient with me and the problem I had with my prescriptions. Kroger needs to fix this problem of staffing or they won’t be able to keep good employees like Doris.
