They're rude and think the have the right to disagree with my Dr's prescriptions. They have refused to fill scripts of items that can be bought over the counter. Some people need to rely on their insurance to pay for all their meds, that's why my Dr prescribed it that way. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY FOR MY MEDICAL NEEDS!!!!

I have sent my prescriptions to Kroger New Castle, Indiana, pharmacy for years. Recently I’ve noticed how understaffed they are, and today only one person was on duty, the pharmacist, Doris. Even though I’m sure she was swamped because she was by herself, she was patient with me and the problem I had with my prescriptions. Kroger needs to fix this problem of staffing or they won’t be able to keep good employees like Doris.
