- BBBeth BakerFeb 21, 20261.0I understand under staffing, thats not the employees fault. But it is ridiculous to be rude and snarky and roll your eyes or talk to me like Im a dog. The older woman with dark hair and glasses has a disgusting attitude and does not need to be treating people like that. Shes done it to me my mother father and my husband. She is a very rude woman. And every time I come to the pharmacy my medicine is not ready despite me calling it in 3 days prior. Or I’ll get a message telling me it’s ready and I show up and it’s not. I should not have to wait 45 minutes for 7 pills rhat should’ve been done 3 days ago. I never leave reviews no matter how bad the service is but this needs to be said and recognized. Dont just avoid this pharmacy, RUN. If you enjoy your sanity and your time then go literally anywhere else. Distasteful disgusting behavior. Snarky miserable old woman needs to be put in her place or fired.

Your medication will go unfilled for days, staff refuses to answer the phone-so you have to drive to actually speak to anyone who supposedly works here. Then when they do decide to assist you, they're extremely rude and ugly. Best of luck. Staff at Kroger Pharmacy-do better instead of the trash you see to be so good at.
