  This pharmacy and the staff here are absolutely disgusting. Your medication will go unfilled for days, staff refuses to answer the phone-so you have to drive to actually speak to anyone who supposedly works here. Then when they do decide to assist you, they're extremely rude and ugly. Best of luck. Staff at Kroger Pharmacy-do better instead of the trash you see to be so good at.

  I try to never leave negative reviews, but the lack of tact from the employees here is distasteful and frankly upsetting. I understand being frustrated with understaffing issues, but people come to pharmacies for a multitude of different situations which are sensitive. This is more specifically directed to the curly, dark-haired old woman with glasses. I’ve seen a couple reviews that have mentioned her. Snarky comments and rolling your eyes is pitiful. You are a grown woman. Have some humility because bitterness will only cause more unhappiness in your life. Not to mention you are at your place of work? Train and treat your employees better. Disappointed and disheartened to see such behavior in my community again and again.

  Prescription called in on a Saturday. Sunday 4pm they close in an hour and there’s no sign of it being ready today. Left on hold for 40+ minutes trying to check prescription status and when it will be ready. Won’t be using Kroger Pharmacy again and do not recommend

  Whichever crotchety old woman working in the pharmacy today (11/28/25) just needs to retire, for the sake of your customers please just quit. No reason to be so completely rude while ALSO not doing your job whatsoever. Told prescription would be done by a specific time by her herself, got there and apparently she didn’t flag that it needed to be done by the time she told me. Wasted gas and time.

  Literally some of the most rudest people I’ve ever encountered! And it’s not just one of them it’s almost all of them. Just called to check on my father’s medication and not only was this lady snappy but I went to ask another question and before I could finish my sentence she says “ok thank u” and hangs up! I get they are short staffed but my goodness Also it takes them days to weeks to fill anything so if it’s anything important such as heart meds u need to try to call them in as early as u can. Smh.
