    Literally some of the most rudest people I’ve ever encountered! And it’s not just one of them it’s almost all of them. Just called to check on my father’s medication and not only was this lady snappy but I went to ask another question and before I could finish my sentence she says “ok thank u” and hangs up! I get they are short staffed but my goodness Also it takes them days to weeks to fill anything so if it’s anything important such as heart meds u need to try to call them in as early as u can. Smh.

    Do not use this pharmacy! Unbelievably slow service. Problems getting your medication. Unknowledgeable employees. I actually am sitting in the Drive-Thru right now and I've been here for over 30 minutes ridiculous, run as fast as you can to a different pharmacy

    Requested meds refills are put off to a later time even when I call and request them earlier. That means two trips to Kroger pharmacy or another trip the next day. They sometimes fill meds that I am no longer taking. I've had to tell more than one person before the discontinued med is taken off. Most inconvenient pharmacy but Kroger pharmacy is the preferred pharmacy of my insurance, so my meds are higher at other pharmacies.

    “Greeted” by a tech with really bad RBF who was not welcoming or helpful in the slightest. She couldn’t even bother with a “Hello, how can I help you?” She just stared at me…. Also, this pharmacy takes 3-7 business days to fill any prescription. They are unhelpful and non-communicative about delays in prescription filling. All I want are the prescription medications that help me breath better, and the delay in medication prolongs my recovery time and worsens my condition.

    Extremely slow, 3 days for a basic medication. If I hadn’t continuously checked on the status who knows when I would have got it.
