This place gets a bad rap what with wait times and difficulty getting ahold of them, but the technicians are always very kind and consistent and they admittedly go through a lot with understaffing and picking up patients from now-closed pharmacies like Westmoreland. I’ve had my moments of acute frustration with them, but as someone with a storied history of my own in customer service/retail, I know how hard they work and the challenge they face. With that knowledge, I had to really commend some of them for having the patience of Buddha and the stamina of Forrest Gump running across America. That being said, I’ve been meaning to shout out Ethan for a while now. He’s fairly new but has made it clear that he’s an awesome addition to the team! So, so personable, *thorough* and really does his due diligence. He once caught a potential drug interaction in my prescriptions seemingly on his own and not alerted by the system, but even if he was alerted by the system of that risk, he still communicated it between me and the pharmacist perfectly, with care and detail, checking that I understood. I’ve also noticed a decrease in wait times — my prescriptions have been getting filled mostly on time and I haven’t been having to wait in egregiously long lines at every hour of the day. Hopefully you pharmacy employees see this and know that, despite the reviews here, some of us notice your hard work, and so I want to say thank you and wish you good luck during this holiday season. And give Ethan a raise!

This is worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have moved all my medications. It is poor communication and slow. Doctor calls medication in because you are sick and they want to take 3 days to fill it. They all need to be fired

I think they do the best they can but they appear to be understaffed and overworked.

Pharmacies can be a pain in the butt, but, seems like the people care and try to get things together quickly for you, especially if you ask them about something specifically.

Switched from Westmorland pharmacy due to its closing . And man I’m so upset! They take days to fill your script, they never answer the phone . They claim they’re short staffed while I see 4/5 people behind the counter! Which is more than any other pharmacy I’ve been to. They are always in a bad mood and nobody ever knows how to run your insurance correctly ! You literally have to do the work for them or you’re not getting your medication! You will wait in line at least an hour . Might have to do with the now hiring pharmacy technician starting out at $17 an hour. When McDonald’s mangers make way more . I work at a factory and make almost 5 dollars more an hour without any degree.
